Highland Shores LLC honors the manufactures return policy. Listed are these policies. If you feel you need to return an item, please e-mail customerservice@highland-shore.com within one week of delivery. Shipping damages must be noted at time product is received.

 

Gilpin Inc. products may only be returned due to manufacturing defect. If a return is accepted, customer will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fee.

 

BW Creative products may be returned at manufacturer discretion. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and 15% restocking fee.
