You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and shipped using a trusted carrier.
Most orders ship within one week of order. Fence can take as long as 2 weeks to ship. Large orders or custom products may require a longer lead time. These are estimates and time to ship is not guaranteed. Please e-mail customerservice@highland-shores.com for a lead time estimate.
Highland Shores LLC will work with the carriers to provide as short of ship time as possible. In some cases, the carrier may delay shipments. This is out of Highland Shores control. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please contact the carrier, either through tacking on their website or by phone, to track the progress of your shipment.
We ship products anywhere in the United States (excluding AK and HI unless shipping to a forwarder) using a variety of shipping methods. The preferred method is UPS or FedEx. These carriers offer the best rates on our smaller products. Larger items, or larger order will require use of LTL carriers. These shipping charges will be more expensive and you may be required to pay a residential delivery fee. The shipping total at time of order is an estimate. Additional charges may be added. Highland Shores LLC is not responsible for additional charges placed by the carrier.We will make every effort to provide an accurate shipping costs at the time of order.
If ordering fence items, you must choose the fence shipping option. These items must ship LTL carrier.
At the time of shipment, you will receive a tracking number to track your order.
*Inspect your order at time of delivery. Be sure to refuse shipment and sign damaged if product is damaged during shipment. Highland Shores LLC is not responsible for freight damage that is not noted on the freight bill.
